Warning: No mater what anyone tells you there are NO true "professionals" in this field and you should never be charged for "services". Choose a investigation team that makes you comfortable, but never forget that is is just their opinion and interpretation of the "evidence". In the end, you must decide who and what to believe and what you need to "do" in your home or business.
Step One: Most investigation start out with a phone interview. You would be asked questions about your location and your experiences. This usually lasts about one hour.
Step Two: Research, Research and more Research. The location and history of the area is thoroughly investigated on the web and in the library. Local officials, historical societies and others may be contacted to verify the facts. You may be asked to help by talking to neighbors and others.
Step Three: The initial investigation. A small team will go to the site to take readings and to get impressions. Photographs, Videos and digital recording will be taken as well as EMF and other scientific readings. Although the occupants may also be re-interviewed at this time, it is preferable for you and the other occupant(s) to be offsite for the investigation. These are often done at night and may take 8 - 12 hours to complete. If warranted additional and larger follow-up investigations may performed.
Step Four: The reveal. The team will meet with you to share their observations and make recommendations. Other resources & actions may be recommended. You will receive a written report of the investigation and copies of any evidence gathered. This usually takes about one hour.
Step Five: The team will check up on you by phone 30 & 90 days after the investigation.
